My Approach.
Starting therapy takes courage, and finding the right therapist matters. As an Integrative and Art Psychotherapist, I offer flexible, tailored approaches. I believe our past shapes how we live today, and therapy provides space to explore our conscious and unconscious patterns, gain deeper understanding and feel more whole.
I work with adults (18+) from diverse backgrounds, offering a safe space to explore your experiences and emotions. I have experience in areas including women’s health (peri/menopause), life transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, ADHD, ASD, and complex trauma, and I also support survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and refugees.
Alongside private practice I also work in the NHS. I’ve worked as an Art Therapist and Trauma Specialist at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, and currently I work in the Cardiology Service at St Barts NHS Trust. I am a qualified Integrated Psychotherapist and Art Psychotherapist (HCPC registered) with an MA from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education.
My own mixed race heritage means I have an understanding and personal experience of some of the complexities that this brings, I welcome all people from all backgrounds.
